It’s already Thursday and the weekend is almost near! What a luck! Even if I’m working at home, I still have all hands full of work. Hard to believe, but true. So I’m looking forward having the weekend with my family.

Now let’s have a look at last weeks Thursday and what I’ve had on my meal plan. There was a pasta casserole with hot dog sausages!

This is a nice recipe for emptying the refrigerator a little and cooking with the things that you have in the house. Like pasta, which I always have in storage and those hot dog sausages are always in my fridge, but only a certain brand, which Junior likes. That is really such simple recipe and I think one that kids will love.

Worlds best pasta casserole with sausages

  • Servings: 4
  • Time: 30 minutes
  • Difficulty: quite easy

Ingredients:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 4 wieners, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100g grated cheese
  • Salt pepper

Directions:

  1. Bring the water to a boil and cook the pasta al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, in a frying pan heat the oil and let the onions and garlic lightly fry. Add the sliced sausages and stir well.
  3. Now add tomato paste and tomato puree, stir all ingredients well and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes and remove from heat.
  4. Drain the pasta and add to the pan. Mix well with the other ingredients.
  5. Place in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle grated cheese over it.
  6. At 220 ° C for about 15 minutes in the oven.

Serve with a delicious salad.

Es ist bereits Donnerstag und das Wochenende steht vor der Tür! Was für ein Glück! Auch wenn ich zu Hause bin, habe ich dennoch alle Hände voll zu tun. Kaum zu glauben, aber wahr. Und so ist es auch, dass ich mich auch auf das Wochenende freue, wenn die Familie entspannt zusammen sein kann.

Und nun schauen wir auf letzte Woche Donnerstag, was es bei uns zu essen gab. Ich habe auf meinem Plan gehabt, einen Nudelauflauf mit Würstchen zu machen.

Das ist so ein Rezept, um so den Kühlschrank ein wenig zu leeren und mit den Dingen zu kochen, die man noch im Haus hat. Nudeln habe ich immer da, Würstchen sind auch immer im Kühlschrank und nur eine bestimmte Marke, die Junior mag. Es handelt sich hier wirklich um ein ganz einfaches Rezept und ich denke, dass Kinder solche einfache Essen lieben.

Und hier geht es zum leckeren Rezept!

Deftiger Pasta-Auflauf mit Würstchen

  • Servings: 4
  • Time: 30 Minuten
  • Difficulty: einfach

Zutaten:

  • 500 g Pasta
  • 4 Wiener Würstchen, in Scheiben geschnitten
  • 1 Zwiebel, in Würfel
  • 1 Knoblauchzehe, in Würfel
  • 2 EL Tomatenmark
  • 2 EL pürierte Tomaten
  • 3 EL Olivenöl
  • 100 g geriebenen Käse
  • Salz, Pfeffer

Zubereitung:

  1. Das Wasser zum Kochen bringen und die Pasta al dente kochen.
  2. Währenddessen in einer Pfanne das Öl erwärmen und die Zwiebeln und den Knoblauch leicht braten. Die geschnittenen Würstchen hinzufügen und gut umrühren.
  3. Nun Tomatenmark und pürierte Tomaten hinzugeben, alle Zutate gut umrühren und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Für etwa 5 Minuten köcheln lassen und vom Herd nehmen.
  4. Die Pasta abschütten und in die Pfanne geben. Mit den anderen Zutaten gut mischen.
  5. In eine ofenfeste Form geben. Geriebener Käse darüber streuen.
  6. Bei 220 ° C für etwa 15 Minuten in den Ofen.

Mit einem leckeren Salat servieren.

Ciao miei cari amici!

E ‘già Giovedi e il week-end è in arrivo! Che fortuna! Anche se sono a casa, ho tutte le mani piene di lavoro. Difficile da credere, ma vero. Ed è così che aspetto anch’io il weekend con la mia famiglia attorno e rilassarsi un pó.

E ora diamo uno sguardo a Giovedí scorso, e quello che ho messo sul piano settimanale. Ho fatto un timballo di pasta con i wurstel.

Questa la chiamo una ricetta svuotafrigo che si fá con le cose che si ha a casa. Per esempio la pasta l’ho sempre a casa, ovviamente! Poi i wurstel, li ho sempre in frigo, ma solo una certa marca, che piace a Junior. Vi dico che questa é veramente una ricetta molto semplice, che di sicuro piacerá molto ai vostri bambini, ma non solo!😉

Ed ecco la ricetta deliziosa!

 

 

Timballo di pasta con wurstel

  • Servings: 4
  • Time: 30 minuti
  • Difficulty: facile

Ingredienti:

  • 500 g di pasta
  • 4 wurstel, a fettine
  • 1 cipolla, tagliata a dadini
  • 1 spicchio d’aglio, tagliato a dadini
  • 2 cucchiai di concentrato di pomodoro
  • 2 cucchiai di passata di pomodoro
  • 3 cucchiai di olio d’oliva
  • 100 g di formaggio grattugiato
  • sale, pepe

Preparazione:

  1. Portare l’acqua ad ebollizione e cuocere la pasta al dente.
  2. Nel frattempo, in una padella scaldare l’olio e soffriggere la cipolla e l’aglio. Aggiungere i wurstel affettati e mescolare bene.
  3. A questo punto aggiungere il concentrato di pomodoro e la passata di pomodoro, mescolate tutti gli ingredienti bene e condire con sale e pepe. Fate cucinare per circa 5 minuti e togliere dal fuoco.
  4. Scolare la pasta e aggiungere nella padella. Mescolare bene con gli altri ingredienti.
  5. Mettere in una pirofila. Cospargere con formaggio grattugiato.
  6. Cucinare a 220 ° C per circa 15 minuti nel forno.

Servire con una deliziosa insalata.
